The Town of Big Cypress is a vibrant new hometown taking shape in eastern Collier County. At the heart of three thoughtfully connected villages, the town brings together miles of trails, parks, lakes and natural spaces that invite residents outdoors to traverse, unwind and experience Southwest Florida’s beauty every day.
More than 12,000 acres of permanently protected natural lands surround the town, ensuring the landscape remains as much a part of its identity as the neighborhoods themselves.
As the town grows, a diverse collection of new homes, businesses and social spaces will create opportunities for people to live, work and build lasting connections close to home.
Building Partners
Collier Enterprises has partnered with Forestar, Lennar and Taylor Morrison to bring the first residential communities to the Town of Big Cypress, each offering its own distinctive homes and neighborhood character while contributing to the town's broader vision.
In the northernmost Rivergrass Village, Lennar's Rivergrass and Taylor Morrison's Esplanade at Rivergrass are taking shape amid more than 4,000 acres of protected conservation land. Parks, trails and outdoor recreation complement the neighborhoods, creating opportunities to experience Southwest Florida's natural surroundings as part of everyday life.
Forestar's Star Farms of Naples is coming to Town of Big Cypress, a town shaped by water and open space. More than 260 acres of the 1,000-acre village are devoted to lakes, creating scenic views and providing a natural backdrop for outdoor living.
